Is there an app or program that will allow me to specify an opening to practice/play? For example, as black I want to practice the Marshall Attack. How can I practice playing this opening against e4? Or as white, I want to practice the Jobava London System. How can I do this?

More Traffic?

Is it my imagination, but has there been a serious uptick in congested traffic on the side streets outside of downtown Frederick? And what’s up with all these white, unmarked buses rolling around? Ballenger Creek, English Muffin, New Design, Crestwood, etc.
