Cat is obsessed with Dishwasher and cabinet

Adult (Ignore the voice, video taken by another)

U.S

Vet: Available + Can afford (Will take to vet if needed)

Cat: 13ish, neutered male

My cat is absolutely obsessed with the (Broken and unused) dishwasher and the cabinet near it, he yowls and scratches at it seemingly in pursuit of something I saw a cockroach near the cabinet once and I think it may be that there are more behind and that he hears it but I haven't found a reputable person to replace it yet I have cleaned the cabinet of everything that may attract roaches yet I still find them. This happens every morning and usually peters off in the afternoon and he is completely normal. I have had cats with dementia and this doesn't seem like it.

[TOMT] [CARTOON] [EARLY 2000s] “You won fair and circle”

I remember a long while back and seeing a children’s cartoon meant for tiny kids likely around single digits. The characters were some kind if insect sized animals as one of the “villains” was a waspish/Beeish guy that looked like Waluigi with spindly limbs, a mustache(?) and googles(?). The biggest thing I remember that every time this guy won something he would sing “Bingo Zingo“ with something else. But some point in the episode a character corrected him and said he won “Fair and Circle“ and it stuck with me for the rest of my life.

Late submission for letter of recommendation in honors?

Due to a misunderstanding in which I had assumed a letter of recommendation for honors had been already been sent, I now have a letter of recommendation from a second profess but my application has already been submitted. Is there anything I can do or is it a lost cause?
