I have a couple of questions about power.

First, this weather control station says I need 20 Power to select the "Fix it and turn it on" option. I'm currently producing +21 power.

While trying to solve the above issue I built 3 batteries. One in a random location, and 2 directly next to fuel generators. The batteries state they can hold 10 power each however they never seem to be actually storing anything. are batteries currently bugged or am I doing something wrong?

Any ideas about the weather control station?
