Let be clear here,

The Mou signed for the light house data center is a big lead in the AI centers in the tamil nadu..

As the sattai mentioned the company is 4 month old and have a capital of 1 lakhs but the backing he told is completely false...they're are huge giants like Benjamin Basson and Nick Etscheid who had hyperscale data center experience in the US for Microsoft, nivida, etc...

And the it had January that it already had about 300 MW of near term power capacity( fully functional) and >2 GW of projects( under development) - by Wharton Equity Partners who is invested in the company of Mou signed.

But yeh the 10,000/- cr Mou is not an investment yet but this is a big lead for tamil nadu and dont forget the Indian subsidy is already incorporated..

And if u want believe what sattai is completely false and not to be biased this is just commitment for huge leap

But this is real granted company with genuine backing....if u don't want believe this and this is another big thing for chennai is this
