RE7 Trophy Question

Hey all, just planning out my final(?) RE7 run, so I’ve only got ‘Who’s Your Daddy Now?’ (Complete the game on Madhouse) and ‘Mad Pelicans’ (Collect all 33 Madhouse Antique Coins) to go before the platinum trophy pops.
My question is, how difficult is it to get all 33 coins on a first ever run on madhouse? And, should I do two madhouse runs? One just to complete it, and then a second Madhouse run (now with infinite ammo) to get all 33 Antique Coins? TIA

What is the actual play here? Trying to break into broking with zero direct lending experience.

28M based in Melbourne (northern suburbs). Almost done with my Cert IV, sitting here trying to figure out the best first move toward becoming a mortgage broker long term. Commission-only is completely out of the question for me, so I need a stable salary path. I have combed SEEK, Indeed, and LinkedIn completely bare and found nothing.

Background:
I worked in business banking with one of the big 4 banks for 9 months before having to leave due to family obligations. I have solid banking and credit exposure, but I'm trying to figure out how to translate that into the broking space.

Torn between:
• Finding a salaried support or LOA role first to actually learn how deals work on a stable base wage, OR
• Finding alternative hidden pathways since public job boards look completely bare for entry-level support roles.
My long-term goal is clear:
• Become a fully accredited mortgage broker
• Build a trail book
• Own a brokerage down the track

The issue:
Job boards look completely bare for entry-level support roles, and I cannot do commission-only under any circumstances.

If you were starting from scratch right now and needed a salary:
• How did you actually land your first salaried support/mentorship gig when public job boards had nothing?
• Are there better hidden pathways or methods to approach brokerages directly to secure a base wage and get those mandatory two years done?

Appreciate any honest advice from brokers or broker owners who went through the early stages. Thank you everyone.
