I just read the 7th volume and was excited for a new character, especially since I read that she was a "rival" for Kaju

But her personality is just rotten, at least I thought that way with the official English translation. Everything she says is shallow and calculated to get male attention

The wedding arc also felt pretty forced to me so being disappointed with Shiratama really made this volume pretty underwhelming to me

I did however like the few pages at the end with Kaju being territorial over her little sister status and then complaining to Gon about it later

Edit: sounds like I have a lot to look forward to in the next volume

New fan, I just beat FF2R and playing through 4 right now. I hope the remake was financially successful enough to warrant a resident evil like release schedule with remake and sequel in the pipe line

I know this will be mostly speculation, but what is the community's expectations for the future of the franchise?
