First set I forgot to offset 90 degrees as instructed. Would I have to replace the damper rod?

So I have a budget track 400
Rear GSXR 750 shock
Front currently stock which I want to upgrade and able to have adjustability. However as mentioned, budget build and basically cheapest everything I can throw on it
I am planning to do Race tech gold valve emulator, Race tech spring, and Preload cap. Total comes out about half the price for decent drop in kit.

My question is this set up have anyone went this route and any advice? Due to I can’t really adjust dampers as easy as a drop in kit.
What is the baseline I should aim for? Would I need to take in consideration of any variables when do my set up adjustments?

The infamous rearset bracket bent fix with TST industry. I love the looks and fixed the problem having bracket bent every time you go down.

Note: highly recommended the Spear Racing swingarm pivot bolt also, for easy installation with dismantling the whole rear end
