Intense dizziness

I had to quit effexor xr 75mgs because i just found out i’m pregnant. My dr said to take 3 days 37.5mgs and then nothing. After 24h from the last dose dizziness and vertigo started. It’s so bad when i move my head or eyes that i feel like I’m going to faint. It’s my 4th day.
Yesterday i turned on my kids white noise machine and everytime i moved my eyes/head along with dizziness i heard a sound (like when cars are passing by with speed”vmm vmm”). It feels so bad to stand up. I even feel extremely dizzy while lying down or standing. Anyone experienced that and could calm myself down? How long does it take until it goes away? Today it feels somewhat better than yesterday but still intense. I noticed that when I wake up from sleep I don’t feel any dizziness for 1/2 minutes then it starts again.

Prodrome symptom?

How does prodrome feel for you? Yesterday at around 7pm I felt off, weak all of a sudden, light started bothering me(every light felt too bright), I started seeing blurrier even with my glasses and it felt like my eyes were weird. I felt the need to lay down and my heart started pounding, I thought it was the start of a panic attack but it wasn’t. After some time I started to feel okish but my vision was still off and I had a lot of pressure in my head and my scalp started to feel achy(?). Around 23pm my head started to hurt a little but I went to sleep. I woke up at 3am with a migraine, my head felt like it was going to explode. Ever felt the same way?

Is this vm?

Hello

I keep getting this dizziness/lightheadedness spells all of a sudden. I have hormonal migraines and lately I keep experiencing this lightheadedness feeling like I am going to pass out. I feel very dizzy in my head, the room is not spinning but I feel very weak and lightheaded exactly like when you’re about to faint. This comes with nausea or hot waves, not always but mostly it does. Sometimes I have mild headaches or pressure on one side of my head but not everytime. What is freaking me out is that it keeps happening all of a sudden and I’m scared I’ll faint or lose my consciousness even though it never happened. I also get this even when I’m laying down and the dizziness feels worse as I’m moving my head. Does this sound like vm?

Feeling like something will happen to me

Yesterday i felt very dizzy. When i went to sleep i started to feel extremely weird, i think it was dpdr. I tried not to panic but i started to feel like something bad will happen to me and i started to feel nauseous and bad. This kept going all night. I tried to fall asleep and it hit me. I finally felt asleep and the same feeling woke me up. Nothing i did stopped the feeling and it was horrible… anyone had this happen to them? Tips?

Dizzy/fear of fainting

Hello guys

Anyone else experienced this? Since I woke up today I felt nauseous, then all of a sudden I felt very weak, dizzy, and like everything was spinning with me (but more like the kind of dizziness you feel when you’re on a boat), and I started panicking really badly because I felt like I was going to faint or rather, I was afraid that I might faint.

My heart is perfect, I saw a cardiologist last week. These symptoms went away after a while but I’m scared.

Everyday I get hit out of nowhere with an unpleasant feeling that I can’t explain. It feels unbearable. It makes me so uncomfortable and scared everytime I get it I turn it into a panic attack. Ever experienced this?
