I have a binder full of these cards that I have not touched since I was 7-9. my family owed a shop package to sleeve. I recently went to a show got offered 2k for the card I am posting. 10k for a binder. Of mixed gens all first (topsun etc.) My question is this something I should psa and then sell or just sell?
