i have never burped
i have never burped unless i was throwing up. i’ve mentioned this to doctors and they just go “weird!” and move on. i believe this is contributing to my constant acid reflux. how did you guys get doctors to diagnose this?

I have not worked for this company/bcba in months and I will admit I should have reported this woman multiple times in my time there. I was a new RBT being promised help with my education and being told that some of the things were taught in our courses are just “not possible to maintain with lower functioning children”, It’s all too much to explain and especially after working in a place where everyone protects our kids dignity and autonomy SO much, I am realizing this wasn’t just her way of functioning, this place shouldn’t be running, I understand with 0 proof it will be hard for them to do anything. But there is even insurance fraud happening in this building, that has to be easy to audit no?
Will anything happen to me because I waited to report it? I’ve worked so hard to become a great RBT since I started at my new job and I have so much love and care for my clients. I know that’s selfish but I’ve been told my BCBAS that I have a great bond with my clients and I really want to help them.
so i hit my nail on a railing somehow yesterday and it has separated from the skin. i’m not sure how much because i still have a gel x nail on that i can’t get off because it hurts so bad.
i got the nail trimmed down as far as possible and anything hanging off the sides that i was able to remove so i have some exposed skin. im keeping it bandaged and there was no blood or anything but from what i can tell i believe the entire nail lifted from my skin. i know its going to be a long time before i can put a nail back on, that’s fine. i take biotin supplements and honestly my nails are strong but does anyone have any recommendations on what to do now?
i just want the pain to stop at this point, i can be patient with the nail growing but if anyone knows any products that will actually help with growth id love to hear them!
other than that, any suggestions on treatment? or pain management lol. i have antibacterial cream im using already just scared its gonna hurt this bad for months :/
genuinely what are you guys doing to have clean bottles all the time? i don’t even have cheap products and i feel like all of my bottles are constantly sticky and covered in gel. which is so frustrating because i do SOO good not letting gel touch my skin but just picking up a bottle makes my hands sticky. am i missing something really obvious lol
I have heard so many mixed things about beetles. I only have their brushes and none of their gels but i see so many people, licensed people, using them. And i’ve heard that they ARE safe and it’s just user error. Does anyone know for sure?
I know there’s a website to check all brands and stuff, can anyone link it? or maybe explain how to even read it lol.
i want to start offering higher quality to my clients (i sell press ons), what nail tips are good? I always see people say apres and i love apres but what else? surely that can’t be the only high quality brand.
what lamps do you guys suggest? somewhat inexpensive preferably! mine is getting old and i think it’s time for an upgrade.
