Account problems
Words cannot describe how frustrated and disappointed I am with player auctions. It's supposed to be swift and easy to buy and sell accounts easily, but that was far from what I expected. The story started when I saw an offer for GTA that I wanted to buy badly, so I had to contact the seller to ask him about the services, but I had to make an account. And turns out I have one, so I logged into it just to be surprised that I'm suspended even though I've never used the account except once or twice and didn't even buy anything. Okay, so I contacted support and they said it was because risk management decided blah blah. And in the end, I decided to delete my account because support was taking too long and their policy says that each person could have one account per person. So I deleted my account and created a new one. And straight after I created it, it just got suspended again for no reason. So I contacted support again and they said they activated my account as a buyer. So I said okay, but then some other guy said that they will need my identification documents even though this has never occurred for me. And I was worried that and asked how the hell I asked in my mind, how the hell do they require my identification documents? Like this is a site for selling accounts and for games not like a bank or something. So in the end, I sent them my ID and my passport and everything they asked for about three times and they still and they still wanted more. They didn't just stop at this. They said they wanted me to retake the selfie. They said they wanted me to resend documents and things, etc. So I eventually got really frustrated and fed up with them. So I told them that I will not be sending any more documents because this is an invasion of my privacy and I did everything perfectly fine as they said. And I won't be sending anything soon and I didn't even want to be a seller. I just want to be a normal buyer. And I don't know if I'll ever use that account again. So what's the hassle for? So I sent them this message and till now it's been like a full day and a half and they didn't even answer or acknowledge my my my response yet.
