Seller send PDF tickets, venue does not accept them, StubHub has been silent on the matter

I Purchased some tickets for a college football game, and the seller later sent a PDF that looks like screenshots of digital tickets (from an apple wallet for example) that have QR codes on each. This seemed questionable, so I checked the venue's website and they specifically say that a printed PDF of tickets will not be accpeted, and that they must be digitially transfered as the QR code displayed on the digital ticket changes periodically to prevent this very such thing.

I emailed StubHub support about 3 weeks ago about this, they confirmed that they undrestood that the venue would not accept the PDF of the "tickets" I was sent, and would reach out to the seller to ask them to send them digitally. They asked me to wait 5 days for them to go through, and now here we are 3 weeks later I have gotten nothing at all. I followed up with StubHub a week ago to tell them I still haven't received anything, but have not gotten another response. I emailed them yet agian today opening a new support ticket, but at this point I am very worried they'll either go radio silent on me or just "assure" me that the seller will send the tickets digitally.

I told them them that at this point, if they seller isnt willing or able to digitally transfer the tickets, then I'd need a refund so I can make other arrangments, as I have people coming in from out of town to go to this game.

What other options do I have? I've heard so many horror stories of StubHub either claiming "well they sent you tickets, not our problem anymore" or waiting until the day of the event to refund you (or even later), but if I can get this resolved before then then at least I can find alternative arrangments.

Is there any advice anyone can give on how to proceed? Thanks

Slide stop going up too high and getting stuck on Shield Plus

Has anyone encountered a situation where their slide stop goes up too high and wedges itself stuck in to the slide? This has started happening to me recently, and it wedged itself up in to the slide such that neither pushing it down with your thumb nor pulling the slide back is enough to release it, you have to do both at once.

I’ve put a decent number of rounds through this 9mm Shield Plus, and it only now just started. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix to prevent it from doing this?

The gray thing that takes up a big chunk of the legroom on my flight

I know it’s functional and it has a purpose, yet it still mildly infuriates me. Also it always seems like it’s the seat in front of me that has one and never anyone else on my row. On the first leg of my trip I had an aisle seat that had it and none of the others did, and now on the way back I had a middle seat that had it and none of the others did.

My fury is mild.

Should I switch to shooting left?

I am in my mid 40s. I played roller hockey from 8th grade through high school, then stopped, and have picked it back up again. I have always been bad at it, and have poor stick handling and shooting fundamentals. I am naturally right handed, and when playing hockey I shoot right. I believe I have developed many bad habits and fundamentals that have become deeply engrained.

Would it be worth starting over shooting left handed, but learning proper fundamentals as I relearn everything ? I play recreationally in lowest skill level divisions, and I am not a top player even in that.

All aspects of my game are bad. I can elevate the puck, but it has little to no power. My accuracy is awful. I cannot elevate at all on the backhand. My stick handling is trash. My passing is okay for bottom tier leagues, maybe half of the time.

Would switching make sense? I feel like there isn’t much to lose, or would I be better off just trying to improve things right handed?
