Problems finishing

I (46m) am having some issues during sex. I occasionally take cialis is I’m having trouble performing which works well but I’m having issues where I’m not having an orgasm and not ejaculating. My urologist suggested electrophysiology stimulation therapy and wondered if any of the men in this sub have gotten that type of therapy and if so, what were the results? Any advice or assistance navigating this would be helpful.

Went to the gym at 5 this morning. I come back and go in the bedroom to shower before work. When I come in, she gets this massive smile on her face and brings her arms up to hug me. We hug.
