Hi everyone! This is the first of what will probably be a few questions I've got about Orkney.

I'm hoping to get over there in May (road tripping it up from Edinburgh) and one of the things I have on my incredibly long list of things to do is walking over to have a look at St. Peter's Chapel and the Viking ruins. I know that there's only a small window at low tide to do it and I really just want to know how slippy the causeway is. I assume at low tide it will have a few puddles that probably won't dry out before the sea rises again but is there anything I should be wary of? I'll be doing the trip solo so I want to try to avoid doing anything stupid.

Honestly, I've had paint dry quicker than this opening up something. Google has suggested a whole raft of things that in the normal world would take less than half an hour but because this thing is so sluggish I'm into hour 2 with no end in sight.

The last thing on its list is this:

Morocco.—The Committee continues assistance for Morocco in support of United States national security interests and directs not less than $20,000,000 under National Security Investment Programs and not less than $20,000,000 under Foreign Military Financing Program.

The Committee notes the historic alliance between the United States and Morocco, as formalized in 1786 by the Moroccan-American Treaty of Peace and Friendship. The Committee notes that the Spanish-administered cities of Ceuta and Melilla are located in Moroccan territory and remain the subject of Morocco’s longstanding claim. The Committee supports efforts by the Secretary of State to encourage diplomatic engagement between Morocco and Spain on the future status of Ceuta and Melilla.

Is there a workaround? Is there something I should be doing differently now? After so many years of it being flawless, this is profoundly disappointing.

Or is the ban on meat and dairy into Spain still in effect and I'll still have to go through customs but no longer immigration?

As you can see, I have questions! The web has been decidedly unhelpful in giving me an answer.
