Ovulation Test Recommendations

Hi everyone!

I just got the go to start my first FET and I’m so nervous!

I am doing a modified natural cycle and they want me to get an ovulation test kit.

Any recommendations? There’s so many in the market and I want to make sure I find a brand that’s accurate.

Day 6 6BB

Anyone successful on their first transfer with a day 6 6BB?

Transferring soon and a little nervous!

Infertility due to hydro in both tubes. Had surgery last month for removal.

Recurrent BV

TMI but anything and everything throws off my PH. I have had recurrent BV episodes since I was a teenager.

Even the medication prescribed for it can cause some other reaction like a yeast infection.

The only thing that seems to help is boric acid which I know is not good for IVF cycles.

I have an upcoming FET in August and I’m trying to navigate this. I’m worried it’s highly probable I get BV beforehand.

Has anyone taken boric acid up to a certain amount of days before FET? How did you navigate BV and FET?

Bilateral Salpingectomy

I have bilateral hydrosalpinx in both of my tubes and have my salpingectomy next week to get them removed before my FET.

I have never had surgery before and I’m feeling pretty nervous.

Any tips or advice from anyone who has had this surgery?

Thanks!

Have service fees changed?

I just checked my pending payments and some of the rover fees are different.

For my weekly recurring clients of over a year now, it’s 10%.

For a client I’ve seen about 5 times this year, it’s 15%.

Everyone else is still 20%.

What’s going on?

I’m in the Seattle area

Modified Natural FET

Hey everyone!

I’ll be getting ready for my first modified natural FET after I get my tubes out at the end of July.

For those of you who have been through this already, what do you wish you would have known beforehand? Should I stop certain supplements? Add supplements? Chiropractor? Acupuncture?

Nervous and just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row.

Thank you!!

Post Egg Retrieval Depression

I had my egg retrieval on May 10 and got my period on May 15. Besides tired, I’ve mentally felt perfectly fine up until a few days ago.

This is my second retrieval and I didn’t have any symptoms afterwards my first retrieval. I’m wondering if it’s normal to feel so down this late after a retrieval and after your period?

The difference between round 1 and round 2 was that my estrogen level was a lot higher. I think on trigger day my estrogen was 850 round 1. My estrogen level on trigger day was 5500 round 2. Not sure if that makes a difference?

Euploids

Hi everyone!

38 years old with hydrosalpinx in both tubes.

I’ve had two retrievals so far. I know it’s hard to say for sure but I’m looking to see if anyone my age had better results their second round with getting euploids?

I’m still waiting for my PGTA results and I’m so nervous to get 0 again.

First retrieval:
9 eggs retrieved
4 mature
4 fertilized
4 blasts
0 euploid

Second retrieval:
17 eggs retrieved
14 mature
10 fertilized
6 blasts

38 Yrs Old and Up - ER

For those of you that are 38 and up, how much time did you take off between egg retrievals?

My first egg retrieval was end of March and it left me with 4 blasts, 0 euploid

My second egg retrieval was beginning of May. I had 6 blasts, still waiting for PGTA results.

My infertility is due to hydrosalpinx in both tubes. My AMH in January was 3.35.

Wondering if I should take a month off or start another round when I get my period next month

38 Yrs. Old - 2 ERs

38 years old - 0 euploids first retrieval, waiting on second retrieval PGT-A results and spiraling a little

I’ve done two egg retrievals at 38 years old.

My AFC before birth control was 24 and my AMH is 3.35.

Round 1 - March 2026

I was on birth control for about 5.5 weeks while waiting for insurance approvals and bloodwork.

Baseline AFC: 9

Retrieved: 9
Mature: 4
Fertilized: 4
Blasts: 4
Euploid: 0

Embryo grades:
5AB, 5BC, 5BB, 4BC (all Day 6)

After that cycle, I felt like the birth control may have over-suppressed me, so I asked my doctor if we could try the next round without it.

Round 2 - May 2026

Baseline AFC: 15

Retrieved: 17
Mature: 14
Fertilized: 10
Blasts: 6

Embryo grades:
Day 5 5AB
Day 5 5BB
Day 6 5BB
Day 6 5AB
Day 6 6BB
Day 6 5BC

I’m still waiting on PGT-A results and honestly I’m terrified of getting 0 euploids again after what happened the first time.

Has anyone around my age with similar AMH had 0 euploids on the first retrieval and then gone on to get euploids in a second cycle? Would really love to hear positive stories or similar experiences while I wait.
