Looking for a Part-Time Founding Engineer to Help Build an LCNC Platform
Hi everyone,
We're an early-stage startup building an LCNC (Low-Code/No-Code) platform, and we're looking for an experienced Founding Engineer to join us on a part-time and remote basis.
We're not looking for someone who's only strong in React or Next.js. We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and designing scalable systems from the ground up.
Some of the areas we're looking for experience in include:
- Frontend/software architecture
- Browser rendering and layout
- Canvas or drag-and-drop applications
- Component tree architecture
- Responsive layout systems
- Rich interactive web applications
- Performance optimization for complex UIs
- Large-scale state management
Experience building products such as visual editors, design tools, whiteboards, diagram builders, website builders, or other LCNC platforms would be a huge plus.
This is a high-ownership founding engineer role, where you'll work closely with the founders and help make key architectural decisions that will shape the product.
We're currently looking for someone part-time, though we're flexible for the right person. Advisory arrangements are also welcome if you have deep experience in this space.
