I pre order the p1 max on August 4th. It was supposed to be here by August 20th it hasn't even shipped yet.... What is going on? Two weeks and hasn't even shipped.

I had a bathroom installer install a tub/shower combo in 2024. When we took our first bath the drain pipe came apart and flood the bathroom and room below. Statefarm covered everything besides my deductible. The adjuster at the time said they will probably recover my deductible through subrogation because it was obviously the contractors fault. I called a few times in 2025 they said it is going through subrogation. They finally answered me in May this year and told me they are cancelling subrogation because the contractor is also insured by statefarm and I have to recover money from the business. The business is saying no their policy should cover the deductible it doesn't matter that state farm represents both of us. Who is actually right here? It sounds like the business is right and from my research online it sounds like state farm is just trying to get out of paying out what they should?
