I am considering going for some days to Madeira from Canada to visit. I have a few concerns, how many days is enough? Is it safe for women alone ? I do not want to rent a car because I don’t like driving. How hard would it be to then go around and visit places ? Is it doable ? My intention is to visit some beaches relax and some easy hiking.

I am 41F, 168 tall 55kilos . Spinning once a week, gym twice a week, 10k steps a day, eat within macros. How the hell do I get rid of my cellulite?

I have recently been offered an opportunity to move to HK and I want to know the specific work culture in this bank in Hong Kong. I know working in HK could be cruel but I want to know if anyone has some comments on it?
