Things I have done:
safeboot disabled, xmp disabled, csm disabled. tried a new install of the windows media, tried a different usb for windows 10, swapping ram, resetting cmos, unplugging and replugging usb's.

I have the gigabyte b550m ds3h with the ryzen 5500 and 16gb of corsair vengence bought from microcenter
used rtx 1660 ti from facebook marketplace

some things I am currently looking into: trying a windows 11 installation and maybe updating the bios with q flash. current version says f1.
