It pretty much ensures that to get anywhere you have to know the right people over having the right qualifications. And if you are born wealthy you would naturally have a better network so it isn’t all that equal either. It benefits only the people who are already well off or those very socially likeable basically locking out anyone who is marginalised in a lot of cases
I don’t really know how to explain it it’s really a vibes thing for me but I saw it from s2e1. It was just the glances and constant clinginess that’s just not common for people who became friends barely months ago. Even though I saw most of it from Felice’s end and was honestly surprised that Wille initiated the kiss. And once that plot point was over the writers really abandoned that friendship and focused on both of their individual plots.
Soo my very unpopular opinion is I never got the hype for that friendship in the fandom. I feel like it had too many romantic undertones for the most part and other than that only existed to drive the plot forward. I saw a lot more real friendship rep with Simon’s friends and felice and Sara ofc.
Dumb question maybe but I always wondered why he hated the idea so much. It’s not like his support system at home was particularly strong with Erik being in military training at the time I think. He also probably didn’t have the closest friends considering we never see him contact anyone from back home. For a person like him that desperately wanted some freedom wouldn’t boarding school be the ideal choice? Or could he have been aware about the shady stuff that went on at Hillerska?

Hillerska gets to reopen a few months after the s3e6 , giving Wilmon the chance to be together in peace. However, one evening with Marcus triggers past insecurities stirring up some angst for both Wille and Simon.

I noticed he wore a cross in season 1 but never after that. Pretty minor detail but I wonder if it’s meant to indicate a loss in faith. Or maybe just him discarding everything related to Simon since the necklace was visible in the video
So I have visited Aus twice recently because I have family there. One thing I’ve always noticed is how often random people talk to me. Like if I take a cab I have to talk to the driver, when I’m getting something from the store I have to talk to the cashier. Even in a resort that I stayed in, other guests would often make small talk while passing by. Not exactly complaining, I also think the friendly environment is a nice thing, but it’s very different from my home country and I lowkey don’t know what to say when someone in public asks me how I’m doing.

I know him and Marcus weren’t in an established relationship( and also Marcus was an asshole) but man I never liked how he came on a date with him and then went on to kiss wille. It may not be cheating in technically but kind of a dick move. I wish their reunion happened in a better way
