Are the elite in your nation - business, government, education and military - predominantly Black?

I'm Guyanese of Afro/Creole descent - in the context of my nation, from a prominent, historic family on my maternal side.

While Guyana had a MAJOR shift in the late 1970s through 1980s - with many of the old Afro and Creole elite migrating out to the UK and America - before then, and prior to independence (particularly from the late 19th Century), there had been a long established middle and upper class group comprised of this group: https://www.reddit.com/r/Guyana/s/kJ58ttjGvw

With the rapid changes thereafter, the Afro elite can still be observed prominently in the military, education and law fields - but to a lesser extent in current political leadership and business.

Is the elite in your country currently mainly comprised of Black men and women?
