Nubia Neo 3 GT Review

So a short review on the Neo 3 GT which I got last year.

It's a very decent phone for the price, even though the UI might not be up to date in 2026 but it still holds up very well and will probably hold up for the next 1-2 years or so.

Love the RGB features, wish the entire LED panel could have different colour options instead of just the "03" lighting up in limited colours.

The gaming triggers and game space are really useful, and the macro feature is definitely a thought-out feature. Cooling is pretty good.

Even though the chip is midrange it handles everything very well.

The OS sometimes crashes when I put in specific inputs like swiping down to access the tools screen right after unlocking the phone. Still bearable though.

Love the phone's overall design. You can definitely live with it's camera, although zooming produces atrocious pictures. The other modes of the camera are a really nice touch. (camera family) Front camera is okay at best.

The screen is probably one of the aspects where this phone shines. Really responsive and bright, renders details really well. Although mine already has a few cracks on just the glass screen it's still working well. Am planning to replace the screen soon.

The unboxing experience was also great, just wish that the OS could be more fluid, it's kind of undeveloped.

I know this phone will not be receiving updates very soon, so I will probably be switching to the next phone in the Neo lineup in 2027 which is of course the speculated Neo 6 GT.

For a budget gaming phone it checks out all my boxes for a decent device.
