How can I maximise my chances of having regular periods?

I’m 18, and I was diagnosed about a year ago. I was put on small doses of metformin for my insulin resistance, birth control to give me an artificial period, and iron supplements as I was very low on iron.

I recently decided to stop taking birth control, because daily pills were really pissing me off. For the metformin, I honestly wasn’t consistent with the way I took it, but I’m trying to get back on track. As for the iron, I take it when i’m feeling tired or weak.

Now that i’m not on birth control anymore, my supposed period is supposed to come in a few days, but i don’t even know if I’ll get it due to my pcos.

I have had irregular periods since my first period at 10. And now that i’m becoming older, I really want to them to be more regular. How can I make it happen? A diet?

When can I make a mock schedule?

I’m starting my BA this fall, and I was trying to make a mock schedule with Minerva. But, everytime I tried adding classes, it would say “class not offered”. Is there a specific time where it allows us to make one?
