Enterprise damage waiver or Venture X insurance?

I’m trying to decide whether I should just stick with the Venture X rental car insurance or if it would be worth the $223 damage waiver for the week through Enterprise. I’ll be renting a car in Miami and taking a road trip down to Key West. I just got the Venture X card, it’s my first big girl card lol. I’m still learning the in and outs. If it’s actually good and reasonable to use their insurance, I’ll save my money!

Damage waiver through Enterprise or Venture X card?

Does anyone ever decline Enterprise’s damage waiver in favor of their premium credit card insurance (like Venture X)? I’ll be renting a car later this summer for about a week in Miami. I definitely want to get some kind of damage waiver, but I don’t know if it would be better to go through venture X card or if I should just stick with Enterprise’s damage waiver even though it’s expensive.

FLL airport convertible year

Has anyone in the last year rented a standard convertible through Enterprise from FLL airport? I know it’ll very likely be a mustang, I’m more wondering what year you got if so? 2024 was an upgrade for the mustang so I’m hoping that’s the year (or newer) that’s widely available.

Any fellow vegetarians on here crack the code to getting high protein on a strict cut? I’ve been drinking a lot of protein shakes and eating frozen prepped meals that are high protein but there are such limited options for us! I quite like the Vital frozen cheese pizzas, they’re around 360 calories for 33g of protein. Some of the Beyond meals aren’t bad but they are so expensive, legitimately like $6/meal and it’s hard to buy a lot of them through the week.

Other than those, I’ve been eating a lot of (plant based) turkey sandwiches with low calorie bread and things like egg bites, protein bars (though these leave me rather hungry for their ~200 calories) and salads. I hate to do so few fresh foods but for a strict cut I’ve found frozen meals and protein shakes are the most bang for my buck in the short term and are so easy to track.

Any recommendations on other high protein vegetarian foods that are easy to track like this?
