What if the Philippines had an Anti-Corruption Police (that protects the Judiciary and is accountable to them) that purges the entire government of corruption staring from the top (look at the additional info below)
This is how it works:
Loyalty - Judiciary ONLY, even the president, the police force and the military will be targeted (imagine the soviet nkvd but for anti-corruption)
Range - ALL government owned and directed offices/companies/agencies, together with private companies that directly cooperate with the government
Purges - Top to Bottom (Highest ranking officials to middle managers and then frontline managers)
Punishment - Confiscation and liquidation of all assets, Anti-Dynasty Punishment that prohibits 10 consanguinity generations of that family/clan
Budget Allocation of Liquidated Assets - The budget allocation will start from the very lowest income earners of society, like farmers and workers; and then it works its way upward
Firepower - YESSS
Who are they accountable to? - The judiciary (they need their warrants before doing anything), and the people (complete public access to their budget allocations, financial statements and avoidance of "wire-tapping" towards citizens not part of the government or a manager in the company in direct cooperation with the government)
