Too much wind

Had a double gate out front and wind just trashed it all the time kinda still want that access but thinking a small ish panel and a gate with a post in the center.. thing is I want to be able to easily remove said post if I ever need too..

Here's my current plan it's a vinyl fence btw .

Gonna bury and concrete 3 feet of vinyl post sleeve then drop a 4/4 in it after that's all cured (this would be 3 ft below grade and prob 5 above) and add another sleeve for above ground and use that as a post but. In theory I could just pull it out if needed..

Thoughts? Call me an idiot and have a better solution? I'm all ears

Lol spark just ended my acct for (using social media or whatever and looking up and contacting a customer about her order). She was my neighbor I didn't use anything to look her up her husband mows my lawn. Oh well.. her order was curbside and they missed like 3 cans of baby formula. She complained basically messaged saying sorry and it was curbside so I never even knew
