Just a quick question for people who know stuff like this: can I buy a non sworks tarmac frameset for a build? Or do I have to buy the expert spec and swap everything out?

Saddle height?
Sorry for the dogshit video, I know it‘s not optimal. But Ive been having knee pain lately and even though saddle height is set at 75cm at 85cm inseam lenght which should be right I get the feeling its still an issue
Any help appreciated
