It’s a long weekend so I wanted to ask a community before bugging mu surgeon.

I had lipo 360 3 days ago. He did some lipo in the upper mons pubis area because it was not done during my tummy tuck years ago, so it looked out of place.

The entire mons pubis area is now very “full” and jiggly. There is a lot of bruising which I’m sure is because of gravity with the blood and fluid.

Did anyone else experience this? Did it go away or was it a seroma that needed extraction? I’m going to elevate the area and wear tight panties to help with it but I’m just asking for personal experiences. I would appreciate any feedback!

I have breast implants and my size using this sub’s calculator is 36F. I have trouble finding a sports bra that keeps the girls front and centre. The ones I own move/squish/push them to the sides, and it drives me mad.

I may not be explaining myself well. I’m hoping for recommendations for a sports bra that has the same *effect* as a wired bra. Does that make sense? I am in Canada, if that makes a difference.

Hi, I can’t seem to find a definitive answer. Is it ok to leave a rapid tanner on for less time? Reason I ask, is it’s easier to find rapid tanners in dark or very dark, but I would like medium.
