Gabriel Oak Bloom in Progress

I had my landscaper plant 5 bare root roses from Heirloom Roses not even a month ago. I'm in zone 7. Gabriel Oak is the first to put out a nice size bud, with a few more in progress. I haven't bought bare root in many years and couldn't remember how they progressed so I'm super excited!

I had some concerns maybe they weren't planted as well as I expected but all seem to be fine so far and are getting adequate sun and water. All the others are leafing out and look healthy too so I expect the same from them shortly.

The ones I'm waiting on are Ebb Tide, Parfuma Angel, Papa Meilland and Lady of Shalott.

Can You Predict Color Based On This Bud?

I moved last summer so I missed the peonies blooming at my new home. There's about 30 buds, it's a nice, mature, healthy peony.

Today I finally noticed some are starting to show their petals. To my eyes, I think they will be light pink. But I'm curious if anyone else shares the opinion. I'm so excited to see what this turns out to be!

Any Good Florists in Toms River or Surrounding Areas?

Hope this is allowed!

We are new-ish to the area and my husband has no idea who is trustworthy to order flowers from. Any recs? We are in Toms River but close to Brick if that helps narrow it down.

Thanks!
