So called dinosaur at the end

We got dinosaurs in doors now it's official besides the drakkobloxxers idk if they're dinosaurs or not

I'm pretty sure it's leaning back mechanic lever is stuck (bottom) and can't find a way to fix it like weight, counterclockwise, clockwise, pulling, pushing anything isn't working. And the brand is a red lemberi massage type chair.
