Recommendations appreciated

People have been saying for decades (generations?) that exposure to extreme media input desensitizes us, especially children.

Now that kids have access to extreme porn, violence, scatalogical videos, etc, do we have and evidence about it?

I’m tired of throwing money at the wall and drowning in debt. I don’t even know who to ask let alone how to begin so here we are:

50k home equity

12k Amex debt on a payment plan - taking me to court

13k high interest credit card

9k student loan

So what do I do? Home equity credit/loan?

Debt consolidation?

Bankruptcy?

Any input would be appreciated
