Had a bunch of feedback on my previous post, especially regarding getting the the mini to glow. That helped a TON.

Hey, I'm attempting a molten under scales look and on bases ( I missed the P a glue step for using Mordant Earth) on a practice model before I move onto my actual army.
Wondering if people could provide any feedback on what I could do better? Overall I'm happy with the attempt but want to nail it on my upcoming model.

I'm super interested in getting a Dweghom army together. This is my current thoughts:

Could I get some feedback/advice is it's best to go all in on one sub-faction or have a mix of tempered focused/clans seems ok?

Returning painter after 15 odd years. This is my 4th model and gave highlights for plasma and power swords a go. I'm generally happy but unsure about the blue hue highlights, looking for advice where possible.
3rd model since starting warhammer again since being a teen. Took me a good 2 weeks on and off on this sister. Very happy with the outcome. Army is slowly and surely coming together.

This took me quite a while, many late nights and early mornings spent coming back. Overall I'm really happy with the end result, can see myself coming back to touch up a few things in the future, especially finalising the base. Wabted to say again, loving the entry into the hobby, having a blast and finding peace with the paint set.
Still a long way to go but absolutely loving the hobby, getting back into painting and learning a lot. Currently listening to the lore of Primarchs, can't wait to delve deeper.
