How would I get Robotics/Robotics Software Engineering companies/recruiters to notice me?

I'm hobbyist looking to turn it into a career, I recently got a job to fund my projects and I was planning to use Linkedin to post videos of my projects to see if any robotics/robotics software engineering companies or recruiters will notice. However, I was wondering if they're other ways to get noticed that I am not aware about.

What is the best way to learn Arduino code?

Hello, I was wondering what is the best way to learn arduino code? I made some arduino projects such as LED stuff and a sound board but I had a lot of help from chatgpt. I would like to be able to write arduino code myself while I build more projects and I would like to hear how others learn arduino code. Any advice would help, thank you

How do I level the photo plane flat and make the photo more clear and detailed?

Hello, I just started using blender and I am designing an enclosure for a lamp that is shaped like the zohar from the Xenogears video game. I put in the image I wanted to use(this is the image).

https://preview.redd.it/tvghujqcxsjh1.png?width=1424&format=png&auto=webp&s=44fc5388b225e89fc69b37c05d2b09e93de28c2a

However, I’m having some troubles. I followed a tutorial on how to put a photo into blender, which worked for the most part but there was an issue. I first started by adding a plane, then applied a subdivision model setting to simple with the levels viewpoint to 8, then added a displacement modifier, clicked + new ,then to texture and opened the file of the zohar.png file, adjusted the strength to about halfway, it was still in the shape of a rectangle so I went to texture and mapping to get the right shape, cropping out the unneeded excess, then added a smooth modifier to make the photo a bit less messy, then I was attempting to put a cube under it and cut out the excess but noticed it the plane the photo wasn't quiet leveled properly, possibly either due the nature of the photo or adjusting the strength of the displacement modifier.

That very top part is curving up

As it is circled in the screenshot not leveled well, I was wondering if there was a way to level it flat.

I was also wondering if there was a way to make this clearer and more detailed? I noticed after smoothing it out, that it wasn't quiet clear, which wouldn't be a problem from far away, but pretty easy to notice up close.

Any help with these issues would be much appreciated, thank you

Edit note: I added more details on my process and issues
