I noticed today that all sorts of spam callers (and friends) calls are coming through and making my phone actually ring all while it’s on do not disturb, and I have the call filters on where it automatically silences unknown callers. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I checked all my settings and everything is set properly, so idk why all these calls are coming through when they shouldn’t be

I was just doing my first delivery of the day and the customer didn’t inform me or the app that they had an aggressive dog, and I was bitten while trying to leave their groceries at their door. The dog came out and charged me and bit me on the knee and drew blood. I made a report through the app and tried to talk to an agent but that was useless, plus it’s Saturday after 5pm so I can’t get into any clinics to get it looked at unless I go to the ER, which I’m not sure if it’s serious enough for that or not. Any advice?
