I've been liking adaptogen drinks lately and it's been a big help for me to stay sober. The herbs in it does help me relax after a long day, calm down my adhd as well. Anyone here switching to adaptogen drinks too? any recommendations on which one I should get next? :)
I usually stop by nearby cafe to grab a coffee on my way to work, but there would be days where I don't have time to wait in line. I'm also not too picky when it comes to coffee, but I usually hate powder/premixed instant coffee. Decided to try Javvy coffee concentrate, got the original flavor.
I like ice americano so I just mixed 2tbsp of the concentrate with ice and water, pretty easy to blend.
Taste quite strong, I guess it can be adjusted to your liking but I like my coffee strong so I don't mind. It honestly taste the same as my usual coffee from the cafe and it's way cheaper, $17 for a bottle and it can serve 35 cups. Anyone here have swapped to coffee concentrate recently? which one is your favorite/worth trying?
I've been dealing with this annoying lower back pain for the past few weeks. It's not the kind of pain where I can't function, but it's always there. By the end of the day my back just feels tight and achy, and it's starting to affect my sleep.
Some of my friends suggested trying CBD oil before I jump straight to stronger painkillers. The problem is I have no idea how much I'm actually supposed to take. The label gives a serving size, but I've heard everyone responds differently.
So what is a good starting dose? and if you've used CBD oil for back pain, did it ease your pain right away or you have to use a few times until you felt it?
Hi all, I've been trying to cut back drinking in the past few days, it's been harder than I thought cause a few beers after work had become my habit I guess. But I need to stop or at least cut back due to health issues. I want to do it slowly so I can stick into the new habit and I was thinking to get alcohol alternatives like THC drinks.

My partner is doing well for herself, she has a career and own some assets, but there's also possibility that she will be a stay at home in the future if we do have more kids. I want to try switching to Cornbread's thc seltzer instead, tried it once and really liked it, thought I could switch to this fully. Anyone here managed to stop alcohol by switching to thc seltzer? how did it affect you?
My insomnia has gotten a lot worse lately due to stress. i've tried a few different meds but none of them worked very well.
