Raids inbetween leveling phases

I'd really like to see a raid somewhere around level 35–45 in Classic+.

I think that level range would be perfect for it. The early leveling experience in Classic is paced pretty well, but somewhere around 35–45 it starts to drag and there's usually a lot more grinding involved. A new raid alone could make that part of the game much more interesting.

But more importantly, I'd like Classic+ to make the whole leveling journey feel more like an actual adventure and less like something you just have to get through to reach 60.

Right now there's often no real reason to chase a great item while leveling. Why spend an hour finding a group, another 1–2 hours running a dungeon and maybe not even get the drop, when you know there's a guaranteed quest reward five levels later that's better anyway?

I'd like Classic+ to give us more reasons to actually care about our characters while leveling.

A level 40 raid could be one of those reasons. And I'd want it to be genuinely difficult at the intended level. Something where you actually want good gear, enchants, consumables and have to know your class. Give people a reason to optimize their character at level 40 instead of only thinking about getting to 60 as quickly as possible.

The rewards could also tie into the later game. Maybe there's an exceptionally strong weapon, a class quest, a token you can use at 60, or even an item that's still good pre-BiS once you reach max level.

Basically, I'd like the transition into endgame to be more gradual. Level 60 shouldn't be this hard cut where almost everything you did and collected before suddenly becomes irrelevant. Some of the things you accomplish while leveling should already be part of building your eventual level 60 character.

Most importantly though: it should be optional.

I don't want every alt to be forced through a level 40 raid because you need some mandatory item or token to raid at 60. You should always be able to skip it and continue leveling normally.

It should simply be another difficult and rewarding adventure for people who want to do it — and another reason not to treat 1–59 as something you just rush through.

Classic+ idea: Survival Aspect / Harder New regions

Hey there, i thought about New regions in classic+ and the highly debated difficulty of the upcoming classic+.

Classic+ idea: Optional high-risk leveling zones

I think Classic+ could add certain zones that are intentionally much harder than normal leveling areas, without making the entire game more difficult.

For example, there could be a snowy zone where regular blizzards reduce visibility, slow your movement and cause your character to slowly freeze. To survive comfortably, you would need warm clothing, food, campfires or special potions.

The important part is that these zones would be completely optional. Players who prefer relaxed leveling could still quest in places like Westfall or the Barrens, while players who want a more challenging experience would have an alternative.

The harder zones should also be worth visiting. They could contain more valuable ore or more ore per mining, rare leather, unique profession materials and some unusually strong or useful quest rewards. The enemies would be stronger, more aggressive and harder to fight alone. Also there could be a bunch of hard group quest which make it worth to search some other adventures and fight his way Threw this hard inhospitable terrain.

This could also make professions much more meaningful. Leatherworkers could craft fur-lined armor, tailors could make insulated cloaks, cooks could prepare hot meals, alchemists could create warming potions and engineers could build portable heaters or snow goggles.

Races could also receive small thematic advantages. Dwarves, for example, could move slightly faster through snow or resist freezing longer. These bonuses should be helpful, but never required.

With the items you can gather there you craft for example a very strong 2H, which lasts very long or dagger w/e. But its not mandatory. Like a magetower in the open world with survival aspects.

This would give players who want a more demanding Classic experience something specifically designed for them, while leaving the normal leveling experience untouched. It would also make preparation, professions and the open world feel far more important again. It would make the whole gameplay and raceplay more deeper and the world around way more immersive. Rain / Snow /Heat everything you could think of what you could include.

Would love to hear your thoughts on that.

Ps: yes i Love Valheim.

Edit: i would say it need a level cap so dont high level 24/7 afk Farmers could sit there.

My body feels very uneven. Where should I start?

Hi everyone,

I’m 34 years old, about 2 meters tall and around 110 kg.

I have done sports on and off for many years, including strength training. But I often notice that when I do too much with my legs, like running or hiking, I get back pain and knee pain.

It also feels like one of my legs might be longer than the other. I cannot say for sure which side it is, but one side feels much longer or different than the other. I also noticed that one of my shoe soles was much more worn down than the other, which made me think even more that something is not balanced in my legs, hips, or lower back.

One side of my lower back also feels much more stressed than the other.

People have told me many times that I have a very lanky or uneven-looking body. I never really understood why, because I always thought I was doing enough strength training. But when I saw myself in pictures, I noticed that one shoulder hangs much lower than the other. My whole body looks more uneven than I expected.

I went to a therapist before, but I stopped going because I did not feel well supported there. He told me that I have a strong imbalance in my lower back. I originally went there because of knee pain, but also because my face is very uneven. I will not post face pictures here, but the right side of my face looks much stronger than the left side.

One more important thing: when I was around 18, I had the lower part of my left lung removed. During puberty I had many chronic lung infections. I have heard that this could maybe also lead to body asymmetry over time.

Do you have any tips for me?

Where should I start if I want to build a healthier and more balanced body?

Should I first focus on my hips, lower back, legs, shoulders, posture, breathing, or something else?

And are there any exercises you would recommend for someone like me?

Is it right that when I fix posture that my face will also be more symmetical ?

Any advice or personal experience would really help.

Dermaroller / Foam?

Hey guys,

I’ve been using Minoxidil for my beard for about 2 years now, from time to time I got lazy and made a month or two pause. After all I made some progress, but the sides of my beard are still pretty patchy, which I would like to fill out.

Atm im using the spray, i heard that Foam is better is this right?

I also have a dermaroller at home, but I nevee really used it.The main reasons are that I’m not fully sure how to use it properly, and the whole hygiene thing annoys me a bit — like disinfecting it with alcohol every time, making sure everything is clean, etc.

Another thing that makes me unsure is that I know you’re not supposed to use Minoxidil right after dermarolling, because it can absorb more strongly and potentially get into the bloodstream. So I’d have to skip Minoxidil on dermarolling days or wait long enough, and I’m wondering if that’s even worth the hassle. Instead i just used Minoxidil 2 times daily.

So do you think its worth using dermaroller?

If so, how do you use it? How often and do you also use an alcohol bath for it?

Thank you in advance!

Foam / Dermaroller

Hey guys,

I’ve been using Minoxidil for my beard for about 2 years now from time to time i got lazy and stopped it fully for a month or two. I’ve made some progress, but the sides of my beard are still pretty patchy, which is honestly a bit frustrating after this long.

I’m currently using the spray version, but I heard the foam is better is that right?

I also have a dermaroller at home, but I never really used it toll now. The main reasons are that I’m not fully sure how to use it properly, and the whole hygiene thing annoys me a bit — like disinfecting it with alcohol every time, making sure everything is clean, etc.

Another thing that makes me unsure is that I know you’re not supposed to use Minoxidil after dermarolling, because it can absorb more strongly and potentially get into the bloodstream. So I’d have to skip Minoxidil on dermarolling days or wait long enough, and I’m wondering if that’s even worth the hassle.

Would u advise me to switch to dermaroller?

If so, how you use it and how often? Maybe u got any helpful tips!

Thanks in advance!

Sneak Assasine Playstyle

Heil Vikings! I came back after a long time to play this wonderful game. Before the Bear Armor Set Update i really enjoyed the Troll Lether Set. Sneaking around here and there but actually i just wore it because i liked the style and didnt want a shiny slow bronce armor. Now I dont see any sense in it. Is anyone really sneaking around with it and using a dagger to backstab a mob instead of getting the almighty bear Set with badass look and slicing everything in seconds while chopping up some trees with it?
