Hello all, hope everyone is keeping safe!

I have a flight scheduled in September and I was looking at upgrade options pretty regularly (it’s a 13 hr flight so was hoping I get lucky with pricing lol). This week, the upgrade with cash option is greyed out for some reason, when the weeks before it was clickable.

I’ve asked live chat and technically can still upgrade by getting in touch with them, but then I won’t really know the price until I chat with them which is annoying. They also said it shouldn’t be greyed out.

Does anyone have a solution or has anyone experienced this before and had it fixed?

Edit: cant sleep so went to live chat to query again - the next guy was super helpful, said it’s bc my flight was adjusted by 10 mins and it wasn’t synced to my itinerary (i reckon it’ll sync in a few days when i get an email for the updated schedule). He has manually updated the itinerary for me and i can now check and click on the upgrade with cash :)

Hi all, hope you are doing well.

I have ordered for the first time on taobao. I currently live in the UAE and have chosen the Air direct shipment.

It has finally shipped this morning (UAE time) and I am pleased to note it has been moving regularly and that I can track the package efficiently.

However, the last update I have received was in the picture - it says it’s unable to deliver due to incorrect contact number…

I have only added my mobile number here in the UAE and not any chinese numbers… I assume they have just cut off delivery today as it’s pretty late in China? And that it will be passed tomorrow to the warehouse that will deliver internationally? But has someone experienced this at all?

The seller is of no help really, because they only coordinate until it has been picked up by the courier?

I tried searching in the sub but I may have not used the correct keywords! Please help as I’m a bit nervous hehe
