Which laptop should I get for a balanced usage?

I was leaning towards LOQ(16gb with rtx3050 6gb vram) having Ryzen 5 7235hs, however this processor has only 4 cores. I also looked up ASUS V16 having same specs other than the processor and display, the processor has 8 cores(4P, 4E) and victus with Ryzen 5 8645hs(6 cores).

I'm pretty confused between these.

First I was leaning towards Lenovo LOQ but the processor in this model has only 4 cores. The Asus V16 uses 8cores(4 efficiency and 4 performance) while the victus has a 6 core processor.
