Do characters in clone wars not show up in the customizer if you unlock them through cheat codes?

I used cheat codes to get Vader and Jar Jar because "le funny darth jar jar," but I cant seem to find them in the customizer. Am I just missing something or do they not appear if you use cheat codes?

What would you say are the best maps for Ball

I personally really enjoy Nepal Village and Shrine, but can't stand Sanctum. But I'm just a noob so who knows!

I also find Samoa, Colosseo, and Junkertown quite fun but what do you think?

This is probably my worst match in my history of playing the game

So I am pretty new to Overwatch, and extremely new to comp (started in OW2 season 4, took a break around the time Hog got the Pig Pen, then came back in early season 3, and only now am I trying out comp), and Torb is basically the only DPS I'm at least "meh" at. And Gibraltar is one of my worst maps.

However

That doesn't excuse how I went 3-8! Torbjörn is not the best on attack, everyone knows, but I've had decent success with him

I really need help with this because Jesus I suck.

And my teammates were (understandably) not very happy with me, but I do look to improve

i was also the highest rank in my team (being silver 5) which makes no sense at all
