Nerve or something came out of mouth

I didn't end up getting a picture. Not even sure if my camera would pick it up. I was using my scaler to scoop food debris out from my wisdom tooth(it's exposed with a bit of skin so I have to manually remove food from the 'pocket')
When I pulled the scaler out I noticed whati at first thought was a hair or fuzz but then it moved. Like curled up. It was white and about half the thickness of a human hair, maybe thinner, and one end was frayed into root like ends. About a centimeter long

I uncurled it and I saw it continue to twist and move. It was not being manipulated by air this was a very distinct twisting and moving.

Internet says there is no possible way a nerve could have broken and come out. Although I saw and old picture from a reddit post of an extracted tooth with nerve attached and the nerve looked EXACTLY the same as what I found.

That or it's a parasite. Which I can't find any that are that small but still visible. And I'm just hoping it's not..
Or perhaps a part of my dental floss and physics are somehow making it twist and curl for several minutes?

Oh and idk it related but I've had cottonmouth all day and I do not smoke anything
I don't know help😭

I don't regret transitioning but, I miss the attention

Edit for clarification, I'm Trans-masc and I'm in a long term relationship, I just seem to need more compliments and validation from everyone else too.

I'm extremely happy with ALL the changes I have received while being on T. I'm happy with my hair, I'm happy with my top surgery results. Euphoric. But... I am having a horrible time adjusting to being 'ugly'... being invisible to strangers... being undesirable to both men and women...
I think the main thing is I no longer have tits, I wish that being happy with myself was enough but I cannot seem to get past how little attention I receive from peers and strangers. I don't apear sexy or pretty to people. No one comments on my appearance at all anymore. Even if I prompt it myself people seem uncomfortable with the fact I think I look good, as if they highly disagree but don't want to be rude.
People mention how I had nice tits in a way that sounds like "you used to be hot".

I don't know... I just miss being treated like I'm hot. People seem afraid or unwilling to admit trans men or trans mascs are sexy. That or I am delusional and I'm absolutely chopped and without tits I have nothing to distract from it😭
