relapsed but feeling okay
got a night out and had loadsa spare money, was almost a month clean from 2-3 10mg a day, i don't feel too bad about it since i know it will pass and i'm not gonna beat myself up abt it, and hopefully i will stop this for good. good luck to all of you out there in similar positions, the temptation can really suck 😔
