My Dad Served Me Papers Regarding Living with Him??

Im a 19 y/o male, currently still living with my parents, oldest of 5 siblings. I live in a fairly religious Christian household, and for context I know feeling restricted and suffocated is a common thing in my community and has led to a lot of my generation suffering from varying levels of depression and a lot of counter culture beliefs (myself included).

My parents have had a history of being pretty controlling. I was essentially given a ultimatum and forced into breaking up with my first girlfriend at 17 after my parents found out that she wouldn't be able to conceive children do to a genetic disability. We live about 30 miniutes from the nearest major town and as a child/teen i really didnt have a lot of social interaction and was rarely allowed to do things with the friends that I had outside of seeing them at church. Im regularly given ultimatums with the threat being to be kicked out with last night's being if i wasnt home by 10 pm.

Now im working full time, 40+ hours per week as well as pursuing a degree in journalism. With friends and varying familly obligations a rarely have any time to myself and am constantly berated any time im on my phone or am trying to decompress with an audiobook or music. In his defense he has helped me get a truck and build some not insignificant savings through investments and advice with saving thw majority of what I make from work.

Apparently a familly friend made a sarcastic comment about my dad being legalistic and his response to how NOT legalistic he is was to alongside AI draft this whole manifesto/contract that he presented me with the second i woke up. The contents of it aren't anything to extream from my viewing but I need an outside perspective. He (my dad) is very A Type (imagine Dwight from the office toned down) but this is just so weird and disconcerting I dont even know what to think. Is it time to move out?

(edit: holy shit I never expected so many comments, im going to do my best to read them all but thank you to you all, i just got home from work and will update again when I can)

(Edit 2: Something i really should have clarified. My parents are not physically abusive, my dad has made several degrading sarcastic comments that have stuck with me through the years but as of recently its something hes been working on and hes a lot better with his words. None of my bank accounts are linked to them other than my retirement which is rn pretty insignificant as well as being able to view my spending on my credit card.)
