Hey guysss, hope everyone’s doing okay.

So, I haven’t really seen many people speak about this, so I’m gonna speak about it and share something from my side…

As we all know, right now is a really tough time for us Iranians because of the situation going on in Iran. During the beginning of this year, I had a lot of pressure on me, both educational and because of the Iranian situation. I was more stressed about the Iranian situation than my education, and it wasn’t one of the best days of my, or any fellow Iranian’s, life.

It was one of those days that I felt very guilty and mad for being safe while people my age were fighting for my rights.
These past few months have been absolute hell for us. The internet blackout had us stressed and worried about friends and family. Some days, we would wonder if they were alive…

Whoever you are reading this, if you have Iranian friends, I’m gonna ask you to please, please, please check on them. We pretend we’re okay while we’re dying inside. We hide our tears after seeing another Javid nam, and we say it’s okay when it’s not.

Your friends need you the most right now. They need your support.

So I was really excited for summer cuz I thought I was traveling…IMAGINE MY HOROR WHEN I REALIZE WERE NOT TRAVELING… anyways, I NEVER KNEW IT WAS THIS HAWT, I mean I knew but experiencing it is different… like omd it’s acc so concerning.. if yk me yk that i need to go out, like I NEED to go outttttt or ill fr crash out…. I CANT GO ANYWHERE IN THIS HEAT WITHOUT HAVING A mini STROKE. Like I literally went out to get a cold drink and omd I was dying by the time I got back home…

Ugh staying home is so darn boring, I’ve tried everything from gym at home, baking, cooking, origami, make up, dress up, reading, movies.. and many more.. EVERYTHING IS JUST SO BORING except my daily cup of coffee… can’t even skate in this weather 💔💔💔… ugh why is everything so boring?????? Seriously how r u guys surviving this? I feel like day by day im goin more mad…

Also none of the people ik really want to go out or if they do I can’t go out on those days and like ion got problem with going alone. But like ion wanna get kidnapped and die….. should I jus kms?(jk). Yk the song that’s like “ life is worth living”.. IT’S NOT. ok nvm maybe a teeny tiny bit cuz of the coffee..

BORINGEST PLACE ON EARTH. I luv Al ain, I do.. but gosh Its so…. empty? boring? Joyless?… There’s literally nothing fun to do here, just kill me atp.. and ugh all the cool food places are in Dubai and AD like that’s a torture..

Does anyone know about the law regarding being followed by someone? Like physically being followed and not online… Cause listen, I’ve been followed by people before and yes I’m sure I was being followed and I’m not gonna say it’s ok, but I handled it just fine.

However, today my friend and I decided to walk to the mall and I noticed a car with a GROWN ass man following us and this old fart was staring at us. I obviously memorized his plate number and car type just in case because you can never be too careful, and thankfully we got there safe and yeah.

So I was wondering if there’s a law regarding something like this and how does it work….?

Y’all, I need help 😭
I’m about to finish Grade 11 in a few days, and I’m in the British curriculum. My AS Level subjects are Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, and I genuinely have no clue what I want to study in university.

Previously, I was considering Computer Science, but I kind of lost interest in it. Right now, I’m pretty interested in Bioinformatics, but another part of me also likes Statistics. I wouldn’t say I’m the best at math, but I’m pretty good at it and I genuinely enjoy it.

The problem is that I only really have this summer to decide what I want to major in, and it’s stressing me out. Also, nothing physics-related please 😭 I dropped Physics in Grade 9 and took Business in Grades 9 and 10 instead. Then I dropped Business in Grade 11.

Also, no Pharmacy — I’m not really fond of the whole concept of pharmacy or making medicine, if that makes sense.

Can you guys recommend some good majors/career paths based on this?And honestly, feel free to suggest unique majors. I’d really appreciate it 🙏
