In Toy Story 5 (2026), a returning character is visible for only a split second in the climax

Lotso is still tied to the garbage truck, as seen when the Buzz Lightyear Army hovers in front of an underpass.

For anyone interested, the address for the company that published Action Comics #2 now belongs to a Mexican restaurant. Shame they disappeared, that Superman guy had potential...

Favorite bit of official merchandise made by someone who clearly had no idea what the movie was about?

Yes, it's a Thor 1-themed alarm clock shaped like a dumbbell. Which not only has nothing to do with Thor but would obviously roll around when you try to use it. Why didn't they just shape it like Mjolnir?

Nice to see somebody calling them out

He's even hearted several comments talking about how sick they are of sequel-bashing, and has some videos properly explaining and defending contentious plot elements in Last Jedi! Glad my algorithm decided to show me this guy.

Say, by some unlikely coincidence, the Ring found itself in the possession of a classic cartoon trickster, somebody who the narrative will bend over backwards to see succeed. For simplicity, I'll use Bugs Bunny as our example, but this could apply to other characters of this archetype (the Warner Siblings, the Road Runner, Jerry Mouse, etc.)

So Bugs has the Ring and is told to destroy it in Mount Doom. What happens from there? Does the Ring's corruption work on him eventually, promising him a vast field of carrots or something? Does it keep trying and humorously failing so long as the audience from beyond the veil finds it amusing?

Is he like Tom Bombadil and completely unaffected due to his whimsical otherworldly nature?

Does Bugs realize it's happening and outwit the corruption on his own, perhaps even using a Duck Season routine to get Sauron to throw the Ring in himself?

As an addendum: yes, obviously Daffy Duck gets corrupted immediately upon seeing the Ring, no question about it. I bet he spends Bugs' entire journey trying and failing to take it, becoming slowly more Gollumlike in the process.
