15M Needs Advice On Parental Relationship

So, I recently was going singing in my room, and after some time my mom came in. I was playing Take On Me and my mom started doing some weird cringe dance moves to one of the songs that was plating she probably found online. So, I told to her verbatim: "Can you please get out of the room?" After which, she says "saying get out is rude" and I respond with "Can you please exit the premises of the room?"

I didn't think much of it, but after a couple of hours later my dad comes and calls me to say that my mom is crying and tells me to apologize. I told my dad: "I did nothing wrong", but he forcefully insisted, so I went. After which my mom talks about her moving with her sister to a new house and that we'll talk about this later. She's obviously just being overdramatic though.

I genuinely don't think what I did was really that wrong or bad at all. What should I do now?

Hope for those without email JLEC

If we actually check the email’s contents all of them are only to get more people into the gala who have reached a certain standard — this is primarily for the 2% emails. So, if you had already signed up for the gala before the emails were sent out you would likely NOT get the email.

Additionally, more interviews were added primarily for people they thought were using ai or due to technical glitches for the Viverly interview.

Thus, if you had submitted the form for the gala AND faced no technical issues during the interview, then there’s still hope.

John Locke Essay Competition English Exam

I made 1 or 2 mistakes in the John Locke English Exam and I am freaking the fuck out. It doesn't sound like a lot but if it is out of 10 questions it sure is. Out of respect of the competition, I won't say which one but it was a really stupid mistake. I worked so hard on my essay -- does this mean my essay will get invalidated? Am I cooked y'all?

Did France Really Have This Much Control?

I cannot read French, but this amount of territory seems pretty absurd whose entire territory eventually became 5 cities/towns. Is this just French propaganda?
