Help with my purchase
I bought a 2021 M1 Pro Mac from a seller. Before purchasing, I contacted them to ask if there was any damage; I specifically asked about dead pixels, and they said there weren't any. When the computer arrived, the first thing I noticed was a line of damaged pixels on the screen (photos attached). I am not in the USA, so I cannot return the item, and the seller has a "no returns accepted" policy. I contacted the seller to request a partial refund so I could have the screen repaired locally, but they aren't answering my messages. Does anyone know what I can do to get some of my money back, or how to contact eBay customer service to get this resolved? I would appreciate any help you can offer; I spent my savings on this laptop and was very specific about its condition because I wanted one in good shape, and now I feel like I've been scammed :(
