Couple Glitch Dyes
First post in last 8ish weeks as I’ve been away on business and then out of commission with surgery and recovery.
Really had the itch to get some color on some shirts and that lead to these.

DOI
Raven black, lemon yellow, lime pop, Kelly green, electric blue, hot hibiscus, nightshade, scarlet, deep orange.
Lemon Yellow, Lime Pop, Electric Blue, Hot Hibiscus.
Process details on this style shirt roll and tie are on a previous post.
Learned a few things and will work to improve the fold and dye placement.
Both DOI with Kelly Green, New Emerald Green, Lime Pop, and Dragon Heart.
If you look closely at the center of the dark one (zoom in) and you’ll see the sheen of color trying to escape.
Both are DOI incline dyes.
First one made using Raven Black, Brushed Steel, Shiitake Mushroom
Second one made using Lemon Yellow, Sapphire Blue, Lime Pop, and Hot Hibiscus
The instructions / photos on the roll and tie for this style is in my previous post.
Both are inclined DOI.
Colors on first one: Scarlet, Lemon Yellow, Deep Purple, Electric Blue, Kelly Green, Limepop, Hot Hibiscus
Colored on second one: Limepop, Aqua Marine, Caribbean Blue, Teal Blue, Lemon Yellow, Electric Blue, New Emerald Green, Sapphire Blue
I had a bunch of questions on how I made these so I’ve included the roll in photo 3, the tie in photo 4, and the incline of the dye in photo 5.
Both are DOI.
The first one was with emerald green, dragon heart, raven black, and a tad of lemon yellow.
The second one is with Avalon, night shade, and a bit of hot hibiscus.
Both DOI with Mindbender B and Candy Pop.
Both of these are the same general roll and sinew tie combinations. Slightly different angle on the rolls and slightly different spacing on the sinew ties.
Both use same colors but slightly different color placement. Both are DOI incline dyes.
First one is an experiment for me to see results of tying sinew on the top and bottom roll sections of a typical COA roll.
Second one is one of my typical rolls.
Both are DOI on incline.
Colors on both are Electric Blue, Kaleidoscope Eyes, and Avalon.
I have done both of these rolls a lot of times but the experiment was to blindly reach in my dye box and grab random dyes to sprinkle on.
normally I like to plan my colors and their placement so I can achieve some sort of expected result and ensure that I don’t end up with a puddle of mud.
Colors used:
1st shirt was Electric Blue, Alchemist, and Fire Sphene.
2nd shirt was Lemon Yellow and Elysian.
Both of these are roll and tie experiments.
Both are DOI incline dyes.
First one is with CandyPop and second one is with Fire Sphene.
This is a combination of Wild Garden and Hot Hibiscus. DOI incline dye.
This one was rolled, tied with sinew, DUI on incline.
Color was Mindbender B and Candy Pop
Both of these are the same roll, same size, same colors used (CandyPop & Electric Blue), same incline, same ice, same everything… except the placement of the Electric Blue.

Two geodes using two completely different color palettes.
The first one uses Lemon Yellow and Mindbender B.
The second one uses Raven Black, Shiitake Mushroom, and Brushed Steel.
