IsItBullshit: It's more energy efficient to keep AC on all the time as opposed to just when you're home

I've heard this claim many times and seen a few articles on it, but it doesn't make intuitive sense - the outside will always be hotter than the inside, wouldn't thermodynamics require that the outside heat is always trying to enter, and maintaining temperature would just require more energy?

Can you setup credit card autopay from amex HYSA?

Asking because it seems like you can from the unlimited withdrawals, but I can't find a definitive answer on the website nor a recent post about it here.

Storage question going into summer

About to move out of my apartment and gonna put all my clothing (including wool sweaters) into storage. I was wondering how best to go about storing without unnecessary wear or bug risk? The internet suggests storing wool in cardboard boxes, but I don’t know if the storage unit will be climate controlled enough and I’m worried the sweaters will jsut come out smelling like cardboard or the unit.

Target Percale alternatives?

My old cotton bedding has been tearing lately and thinking of upgrading to slightly nicer percale. Online, the most common budget cotton seems to be target (which has apparently dropped in quality) or sateen sheets like the Kirkland set. I figure since I sleep hot it would be better to get percale than sateen.

Are there still any good budget options that I could easily order online? Are any of the Macy's options good? Or should I save up a while longer and bite the bullet on LL Bean/Brooklinen?
