Maybe it’s because I am tired of Wolverine X Jean but also in the comics Mystique is practically ageless, she has lived for centuries, similar to Logan. A century long spanning romance between people on opposite sides would hit harder imo
With no updates on her DCU movie or debut, her peoples TV show being in development hell, her game being cancelled, her comics being abhorrent (>!she recently offed herself in her mainline run!<), minus her Absolute Wonder Woman comics being fantastic, what is DC thinking with this mistreatment of her character and not doing anything with her?

Ik now she isnt but like when I watch the livestream of Summer Game Fest and this trailer came up, I was initially shocked
I saw the intro for Spider-Noir and it gave me such 007 vibes I had to make a Spider-character that is 007
I’m still sad this version of the movie never happened. I would have killed to see Robin Williams as Riddler and Billy D Williams as Two Face co villain opposite Michael Keaton’s Batman.
Idk if I am just talking crazy or if anyone can relate, but with the newest Lego Batman game and The Lego Batman movie, I noticed a pattern between those two. The fact both of them, despite being lego media, understand Batman’s core better than most live action adaptations.
Does anyone get what I mean and can someone help me understand why I feel this way because I can’t quite put my finger on it.
I love how he doesn’t get a backstory, his name is literally John Doe which is great as it already sounds close to Joker and I love how the game makes your actions result in him either making the Joker into a gone too far vigilante or the classic clown prince of crime
Also on top of that he is performed extremely well and I love how his face is animated.
