Can the plaque around the gum line be cleaned by a dental hygienist or something? Is this dangerous?
My gums don't bleed or hurt but the are red around the tooth and there's the yellow plaque around it I am super scared I am a hypochondriac. I do use nicotine pouches but from the front and I only have it from the back, I brush twice a day and floss once a day. I haven't had a cleaning for like two years because I don't have the money for it I'm a student. Can it harm me in the long run or can it be cleaned my a dental hygienist?
